We are constructing a new school every two months in some of the economically poorest countries around the Central African region. We are breaking the cycle of poverty, illiteracy and low expectations through service learning programs in many of Central African’s most under-resourced high schools and by building schools in some of the region’s poorest villages.

ESHACPC exists to serve the healthcare needs of
the poor by building high-quality health
infrastructure in low-resource settings. We are
assisting our partners to urgently respond to
COVID-19, while making our resources open-access
to aid the Central African region response.
The Water Project is designed to
bringing relief to communities around the region
who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to
clean water and proper sanitation.
Food is a basic need for us all. Sadly, access to it is not always guaranteed. Since January 2009, ESHACPC has proven time and time again that the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) works. For more than 10 years, it has been working to build the capacity and knowledge of rural farmers in ecologically-sound agriculture. It has increased yields and improved soil fertility, with a minimal use of chemicals.
A large part of our field activities are geared towards internally displaced people (IDPs) and refugees. With the number of people who have been forcibly displaced doubling over the last decade, their health needs continue to mount, and are not always met. Our roots were put down in the camps set up for Congolese and Republique centrafricaine refugees. ESHACPC has a long history of assisting and protecting these populations.
ESHACPC contributed to positive change in communities across Central African region. In 2015, we’ve started a new chapter that focuses on making safer roads a reality for all. We’re committed to leveraging our resources – including our investments, time, data and our people’s expertise – to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on Central African region’s roads.
